If I could give minus stars I would. If you are a buyer or someone looking to rent PLEASE DONT!!!I have been living here for 2 months and the problems have not ended since day one. The apartments are beautiful. But please dont be fooled. We have had water damage. Cockroach infestations which is apparently a huge problem in the barbecue downs area which we were not made aware of. There are leaks every other day and everyone just has excuses instead of fixing it. The intercom system is down for a month and the complex is fixing it .If you want peace of mind I would suggest you rent or buy elsewhere.

You can go for a run,safest neighborhood.The swimming pool view is the best.There is even a place for kids to play.Pets are allowed which is amazing.It’s good if you stay alone,with your family or anyone. It’s a great vibe.

The place is beautiful, plenty cupboard space, massive garden, great security guards and garden staff and peaceful BUT we have only been here for 4 months and have not had ONE month yet where something hasnt broken.Weve had a leaking shower upstairs with water pouring down our walls and cupboards causing mould, with the upstairs owner not even wanting to fix the leak initially.Weve had problems with curtain rails, the front door lock, the electricity meter, BOTH toilets have broken, the shower handle keeps falling off and now we dont have hot water for no apparent reason.Whats worse is that the managing agents of the apartment, the complex and the board have ZERO compassion and either send seriously incompetent people to fix the problem or just take their time.Have no intention of staying here for longer than we need to.

We stayed here on a Wednesday night via Air Bnb. The parking was difficult to find and very narrow. Residents were sitting on the stairs consuming alcohol. Very noisy at night with people swearing and playing loud music until early hours of the morning.

Disappointing, gates are always an issue and never working. I have purchased open view and it was working with the communal satellite dish. Due to the lighting, the dish no longer works, I’ve been sending emails to get help. Eventually I receive a reply that states that I would have to pay the bill! I rent the flat and they are expecting me to pay to fix a communal satellite dish! Unacceptable.

Nice place, but make sure you have household insurance.

Relative to old school apartments, the place is small but morden. It is very problematic for walking as it is significantly far from shopping centres.

Rude security guards, the policy that Ubers are not are allowed is very unfair and unsafe.
