The set up of the restaurant is cool and I loved the menu. The menu is quite versatile, there are many options to choose from and the prices are reasonable.Each table has a plug at the bottom and that’s very convenient.However the food is horrible, no taste whatsoever. My friend ordered chicken wings and they smelled and tasted oily-as if they’d been fried with reused oil- she could not even eat them.I had the bacon , cheese and pineapple burger which looked very appetizing but at first bite was very bland and tasteless. I also could not finish my meal due to this.There is a sushi bar and I ordered some salmon maki sushi which I enjoyed.We were also not impressed that none of the meals came with sides. All the sides are ordered separately.The music was also not very inclusive of the demographics of our country. It seemed to cater for a particular group of people only.We were impressed when we first arrived but were very disappointed with the food. I will not be visiting again and would not recommend the restaurant to the next person.

We really enjoy visiting. I love the unique decor. The food is delicious, my favourite is the cheesy chicken nachos😋 Their sushi is divine too. And they have gin on tap. The staff are well trained and friendly. Overall, always a good time out.

Delightful place with amazing theme. BIG menu with huge variety. Jam jars were a hit! A pity that they totally messed up our sushi order. They substituted items with other sushi without asking but charged what we ordered. Still waiting to experience the Zulu sushi???. Food was good. Very original utensils

Great Restaurant with delicious sushi.They have a variety of dishes on the menu and some interesting drink options as well.The jamjars however, has more ice than drink so I prefer their other drink options more.

Loved the setup of the place. Was impressed that it had plugs at each table so we can charge our devices.The staff were a bit sluggish but helpful nonetheless.Loved that the menu is very flexible and caters for pretty much anyone thats everyone and its quite affordable.First restaurant Ive ever ate at where meals dont come standard with chips you must buy them as a side.The meal wasnt that nice, I had wings with hot sauce, strawberry milkshake, cocktail juice and chips.The wings were very oily. The juice was very bitter. The milk was ok.The air-conditioning was very poor as it was so hot in the restaurant we had to go sit by the open window to get air and it was sunny and humid outside.Overall I was just impressed by the versatile menu and the setup of the place not so much the food

Fantastic decore. Great menu with a very big selection. Food is well prepared and presented well. Friendly and helpful staff. Ample parking just outside of Hobos. Well worth the visit.

So visited this place a few times now and the sushi never disappoints the staff are always friendly.There plating and ambience is just so out of the box.If you guys are passing through or looking for some good sushi the trip will be well worth it!!!

Delicious food and tasty drinks... they mostly dont disappoint but I did however have two bad instances...My wine looked dodge like it had traces of capsule contents chilling at the bottom of my glass. Told the manager, he apologised and I felt genuinely better. Second instance was a massive delay with my sushi platter that took way too long to get on the table. Weird thing was there werent that people in the restaurant so I didnt understand...I did however love my sushi...There is always room for improvement but all in all awesome place with great vibes and it helps that its affordable 😊

Friendly service with portions to satisfy even the most ravenous of appetites. Can tend to the more expensive side of the scale, but definitely worth it. Their breakfast is also a must if you have the chance.

Casual place with friendly employees and fast service. The food is fantastic and of great variety (sushi, burgers, schnitzels, steak, dirty fries, ribs, wings, eisbeins, pizza pies....) Also has the best sushi in town.

HOBOS WAS AN ENJOYABLE PLACE. I TOOK MY FAMILY AND SISTER IN LAW OUT FOR SAT LUNCH INTO DINNER AND SPENT QUITE A BIT OF MONEY CONSIDERING WE WERE 5 ADUTLS WITH DRINKS STARTERS AND MAINS. MY ISSUE WAS THE SERVICE. IT WAS NON EXISTENT!!!!!!!!!! HAD TO KEEP FINDING MY WAITER FOR DRINKS. ASKES TJE MANGER TO PLEASE ORGANISE SOME ONE TO CLEAR OUR PLATES AFTER EACH ROUNDWAITER WOULD WALK PAST AND LEAVE THE EMPTY BEER BOTTLES ON THE TABLE. REALLY SHOCKING SERVICE.THE FOOD HOWEVER WAS REALLY GOOD .A VARIATION FROM STEAK TO SUSHI TO A BURGER ALL WAS AWESOME.OWNERS NEED TO SORT OUT THERE SERVICE.
