We went to claim for a funeral policy, they just gave us a form to fill and told us to go to the nearest internet cafe to email the documents. Why didnt they email the docs for us ? Even after emailing them , 3 days passed without them making a crospondence with us regarding the claim. When we call the call center we wait on the line toet Piet kom. Mind you were grieving.
