It is a clean place with great variety. It is a bonus that it is right next to my favorite coffee place - Seattle Coffee. And it has a nice clean bathroom at the exit, which also has an entrance to the coffee shop. So its a great place to do your shopping and get a great coffee with a friend before or after.

Great store to visit. They have the normal fruit, veg and meat sections but what impressed me was the fish and chips stall inside the store. Freshly made fish, chips and calamari for a great price! There is also a burger stall and plenty of other freshly made food if you are looking for something to eat while on the go.The store was clean and staff friendly. There is a seattle coffee next door which is also nice

The meat is 5 stars, especially the biltong. The wait to order biltong can be time consuming as you would have to call an employee over to assist you.The check out lane may also be extremely long, especially in a weekend, but is not slow.If you want good meat, come shop here.

Middelburg is much better off since the advent of Food Lovers Market! Great variety and great prices. Always a pleasurable experience ... where I get greater rand value in a dwindling economy that makes it so hard for us pensioners to decide what to leave behind. The Tuesday R 10 Day felt magical. OMG, I bought two pies and paid for one only, the other day ... was a special moment!

Good day,I may be wrong in my perception but I get the idea that thequality of the products in the Middelburg store is not of the same standard than the other stores. I have been to the stores at Woodland and Cradlestone and the quality in these stores is of a better quality.It has happen several times that the advertised products are out of stock, this week for instance ( Wednesday) the mushrooms were out of stock.The apples on promotion is also very small in comparison with the other apples on sale. I get the feeling that the under grade items are being put out on promotion.

Absolutely disappointed with the lamb that I bought at the end of October. It was a one day special. I dont think its even the B grade. Its absolutely tough and terrible. I bought a whole one. The guys serving me looked a bit suspicious. The reason I say that is when I got there they already had a lamb on the machine before I even asked. While they were cutting they took out a leg of lamb that was wrapped up and cut it up and said it was from my lamb. When I asked them whats going on they said it was for another customer. Rather odd. I will never buy meat from there again.

Last visit.Surely pulled up their sleeves. All running smoothly. They helped quickly and knew what was going on.First time.Good idea for Middelburg. Just inconvenience the client with paypoints that doesnt know the price of weighed fruits and vegetables. They dont even have a price list to check for codes. We were struck by a till because no one knew the price code for more than 2 items.Hope next week will go better.
