Sting cashier ,she puts everything together for different orders,just bcos she saw me walking in with the other customer n she assume we walk together,yes we were together but each n every person purchased her own meal

Service was fast but see lately the chicken is getting smaller so only buy it 1x a month now....

I have mixed feelings for this place. Sometimes the service are quick and on occasions slow. Never tasted that old oil has been used but sometimes the skin of the chicken pieces is a bit too dark too much cooked. The chicken pieces on the burgers are very dry and combine that with the very scarcely fillings and sauce it battle to go down.

KFC at Midwater Spar in Middelburg. Very, very poor service. Chicken full of oil. No cole slaw. ALWAYS out of something on the menu

I would say one of the best branches of KFC in Middelburg if not in the country usually quite clean when you enter the establishment and the staff is quick to attend you....the product here is fresh and not overly oily as in other branches. Also the manager here has opened a few branches of KFC and is on the ball. I would recommend this branch any day...you can also make use of their many charging points for your phone or laptop and take advantage of the 200mb free WiFi as well while there. Open as stated above early till late so go get that fave KFC bucket or burger next time you are in the area or drive there especially believe me its well worth it. I always go for the Crunch or Tower Rounder well worth it believe me.

Pretty much what youd expect I guess. Havent had a bad experience with them yet, however the chicken pieces have definitely become a bit more gooey of late, but thats a complaint against all KFCs, not just this one.

Please make sure you have ice cream

Multiple times food or drinks left out, packaging not as standard, Rude drive-thru experience. Will avoid this place.

First of all, we got to the till and my dad asked the lady for the breakfast menu because it was only 10:00 am, and she said they dont have we have breakfast menus we have to google it🙄 so we did . We ordered 5 meals and 5 drinks. 1 hour came 1 hour went. The place is not busy at all. After 1 hour and 30 min the food arrived, ice cold and 1 meal and drink is missing. The easiest meal of all... a toasted cheese, tomato and egg with a coffee. When we went to ask for it they told us its on its way.We waited an extra 20min, then there was no egg on it and still no coffee.I mean really people ??There was at least 2 more people just as unhappy as us.This was our first visit to this KFC and it was HORRIBLE !!!!

Came here for a drive-thru. Pleasant staff. Honestly the best KFC I have been to in any province of South Africa in my opinion. The chips were fresh and well spiced and the chicken was perfectly done and tender. So good I had to write this positive review.

Terrible drive thru service

They are the lowest drive thru I have ever seen..... We are still waiting in line, almost 45min now.Will definitely advice everyone in a hurry to rather go to the other KFCs.Just received our meals. Total time:1hour 10 minutes for 4 box meals..

Chicken was good not too oily. But no straws. No salt. No chilly salt. No tomato sauce. Very little sauce on the dunked wings. And no pops. As far as KFCs go not great. Kind of get your chicken and get out. But dont expect anything more than chicken

Great place to dine with an addition to their menu in terms of the food they serve as part of their promotion ...yesterday i purchased a tangy zinger twister meal and i enjoyed it 😏 if youre a chilly type of person then you will definitely enjoy..however if you arent there are still other favours and meals to choose from 😄 ..unfortunately i did not take any pictures to share

Drive Thru: Unfriendly staff. Did not get what I ordered. No salt, no tamato sauce. The salad was turned upside down and all the sauce was leaking on the boxes when I got home. 😁Terrible oily meal.

This is a popular outlet of KFC. Although they are fairly busy during all their open hours my experience is one of friendliness and the correct order every time.

If it was possible I would award no stars. When we got home the chicken in our streetwise 3, and two dully loaded box meals was still raw!! Unacceptable

Just had the worst experience of my life the telephone consultants being rude and dropping the phone on me when Im enquiring about my order I ordered two hours ago the order is still not here the level unprofessionalism I received Im so disappointed.

Went for some ice cream, there was a drunkard asking customers to buy him a streetwise 2 ,complained to employees but nothing was done and simply fell on deaf ears ,not the ultimate customer experience when you cant enjoy a meal in peace .or just some ice cream

Very bad. We used the drive thru. Unfriendly service at pay point. Had to park and wait for order. No problem to wait for quality food, but this was the driest chicken burger I have ever taste in my life. My dog even choked on it. No salad dressing for my wife salad and definitly not fresh.
