If you want to maintain good relations with Absa in any kind business please dont go to this branch because your day will a nightmare this branch hates foreigners badly I what kind of investments without foreigners shame

I came here with my incapacitated mother and they refused to assist her in the special queue because she was with me. The guy insisted that I queue for her even though shes the one who came to the bank and not me. They lack costomer service, Standard bank is a better bank,they offer superior service, make the right choice and move to them because they know how to treat their customers.

Absa, what happen to client service!!! I visit the branch today, but what a disappointment. My self an a few other customers waited for more than a hour to be assisted, then to our surprise personnel leave for lunch leaving one banker to assist the customers, at least when it was my turn to be assisted the lady was friendly and quick........ My advice to absa customers that want to visit this branch...... Avoid this absa branch
