Health and Fitness Gym is one of those gyms that creates an old school of hardwork atmosphere. The changing of the weight plates the moaning of someone trying to lift the sqaut bar with 300kgs. This gym has SOUL that you dont find in other gyms an atmosphere that tells you either you are lazy or you are a hardworker without anyone saying anything.💪💪💪❤️

I phoned just now. 28/11/18 . Who ever the man was that picked up the phone 15:38 is the rudest person.............. U do not belong in a Gym. U do not know how to talk to customers. Maybe cut down on the ROIDS.......
