Our visit to bothe laboratories were excellent. For a mom with two boys who both recently needed their bloods taken the experience was made as painless as possible. However the sisters were caring and handle the boys with great patience and love. I was impressed beyond words. Awesome job Lancet

Professional frendly staff

Situated in Kiaat Hospital. Very small cramped offices just off the reception area. I assume the laboratory is mainly there to service the patients in hospital. My son went for a blood gas test. Although the technicians knew to draw arterial blood they left my son sitting up and this procedure he should be lying down. First for 10 minutes and then draw the blood. They really battled for a long period with a syringe to find an artery which was very painful..The staff were pleasant and sympathetic but it was disturbing that The test was not correct and therefore not effective. After drawing a small amount of blood I waited a short time for the test results which were useless anyway! I will not be returning to this laboratory!

Claimed our medical aid covered the tests. Only to then say they didnt and we were liable for a 5k bill. Unethical to invoice without quoting. They dont care
