Their 3 day turn-around time is now 2 weeks. After begging them to overnight courier my phone back to me as I am flying abroad, I am still waiting.Rather go to Wefix or one of your phone repairment centres. Not worth the lousy R200 you save
Terrible service. unwilling to take responsibility for repairs. Failure to keep customers informed/contact customers. Hanging up on customers. Pathetic service. Do not trust this business, they act in bad faith.
Happy with cell clinic services took my note 5 for repair a lady by the name debbie assisted me to get my phone repaired she updated me step by step after 48 hours got my phone with a brand new screen.
