Firstly I have to say I dont give give out 5 star reviews to just anyone. You really have to prove yourself to me to deserve a 5 star rating and Drian does exactly that. Drians service is exceptional. He is pleasant, professional and responds to your needs. I can not be any happier!!! I phoned him out of desperation, as my sons playstation 4 was giving us problems. Everyone I phoned said we had to wait for them to send the console away and then the waiting period for the repair could take up to 22 months!! This was ridiculous. I found Drian on the web and gave him a call. Although playstations is not his main area of business, he said that he will have a look. Well, less than 48 hrs later my son has his playstation 4 back in working order. This all thanks to Drian. I already sent his contact number to my whole family and some friends, for any computer/laptop and playstation issues. Thank you Drian, you were a lifesaver and being so helpful and friendly while doing so!!!
