I ordered a cake and when I arrived they had no box or cake container. They gave it to me on a small plate and said, Here you go, while the owner sat at a table and ate her lunch. They told me that they had no container as if it was a normal thing and expected me to put the open cake, with the plate, in my car. They told me that someone had done it before and nothing happened. I was shocked that theyve done this before and the main part that disgusts me the most is that they didnt call to let me know before hand so that I could get my own container. What they shouldve done is try to secure a container for me, but the owner sat and ate her lunch instead of going out and getting a container, she shouldve at least called someone and asked them to bring a box.This is not how a business should be operate. If I order takeaway at a restaurant and showed up, I expect the food to be in takeaway boxes. But instead they have the chips on the plate and said, Here you go. They shouldve told me before I arrived or tried to find a solution. Instead they had lunch and acted like their service was normal. The cake almost fell a few times and halfway home I called my sister and stopped at her place to use one of her containers, because it never wouldve survived on the farm road home.
