Just want to compliment Henry on the excellent service we received from him on Wednesday 17 July 2019 with the ordering and replacement of the Evoques tyres. We got a flat tyre whilst exiting the Game Reserve and could not find a tyre according to the specifications in Malelane or Komatipoort. Henry came back to us with a quotation (extremely reasonable) within half an hour and as the tyres were due for replacement, we decided to replace all 4. Henry was very friendly and professional at all times. Well done Henry and thank you again!

Truly exceptional service & efficiency.Hit something on the N4 near Nelspruit on Friday night en route to Kruger and damaged 2 tyres. Got to TWTT (Nelspruit) branch and they pulled out all stops to get us back on the road. Ordered 2 tyres from Johannesburg overnight and had them fitted, balanced and wheel alignment done in 30 minutes after they arrived on Saturday morning. Henry Mabaso youre a legend in customer service! TWT should send you to Randburg to teach them how to deal with customers and work efficiently. TWT, give this man a raise!
