The service is good. As soon as the parking area is finalised I think the score rating will be higher. I found all the parts I needed.

This isnt your average motor spare shop. Clean and tidy, well organized and stocked. Friendly and competent staff. Unfortunately, this does mean that there is a queue and some waiting time.

Nee upgrade to the inside of the shop is magic! really doesnt feel like you waiting for long as it is comfortable and there is a coffee bar close at hand if you do get thirsty, goldwagen is always a busy place to be but this one is busy and less stressful just with a few neat touches that they have made!

Always have issues getting hold of them telephonically.Phone will just ring on end.

Customer service is excellent although some of the parts were out of stock.

I wasn’t entirely impressed by Goldwagen nelspruit, I bought front brake pads for my car, only to find they were opened and tampered with before, moreover, they weren’t my car’s correct size, my car kept making some funny knocking sounds, from the front left, till i went to buy the correct pads in Hazyview. I feel like my safety was compromised, nd i was actually ripped off coz my product was used .

I recommend Goldwagen mainly because of the excellent service and reliable products

Extremely busy. There were 14 people in the line before me. During the 10 minutes I was waiting, I only saw 2 people helping at the counter

This is the worst telephone service Ive ever experienced and its 2021! The Nelspruit branch has a new automated answering machine, after you have holded on for 30 min, it cuts you off and when you call back you go to the back of the line. This happened to me twice where I holded on for 30 min and was cut off. These phone calls also translate into sales, dont know why it doesnt gets the attention it needs!!

The queue gets too long. The guys are friendly but the service is too slow. Youre clientele is growing daily you need to increase your service points, maybe employ more staff. I waited outside for 2hours before getting to queue inside for another 20 minutes
