Good specials on baby cribs and strollers

Went in yesterday to get gifts for a friends baby and the staff was absolutely amazing! So helpful and friendly and even when the power in the the entire mall went out(few mins before the generator kicked in, we were in absolute darkness) the staff took it in their stride and pulled out their cellphones which they used as torchs till the mall generators kicked in.

This store refuses to assist customers looking for products on the pamphlets which are distributed widely at gynaes, magazines and on social media.Absolutely no help with regards to getting the product you require.Manager is as unhelpful as the staff.

Service experience was really not good at the BabiesRUs section. Checked out online specials in advance and drove the distance to look for something lovely since the online store was out of stock on the travel systems we wanted. Anyway, staff were really not helpful. Nobody assisted us last weekend. We ended up choosing something and then when we attempted paying it turned out the price that reflected was actually incorrect (this process of figuring it out took so long). We left without purchasing because we didnt want to pay more for that item. Went to Baby Boom instead at Clearwater.
