Friendly hosts, good food, comfortable accommodation. Pity there was no water for three days, and not much of a plan in place to remedy the situation.

Im so disappointed with the place. We stayed from Monday till the friday, we even planned to add extra days if the place was exciting but well no room service/cleaning, sheets not changed. No toilet paper no bags for bins so so disappointed

Nice place but no fridge in the room

Great value for money, also includes breakfast great host and it is fully air-conditioned there is wifi, dstv aswell as Netflix if you are not too keen on out doors, it is central to all restaurants and amenities, 4x4m splash pool, lounged patio and braai and bonfire area. Best part is there is amazing wildlife that is attracted due to feeding. Ps. What we saw in 2 days 😱😁

Take the second entrance from the main road to the left as there is much less gravel road youll have to drive on. Great staff, friendly and helpful.

More than excellent. Ideal location to visit Kruger and see a lot of animals. Natural environment. The monkeys come to eat at your hand. We also saw mongooses.

A privileged site to visit the Kruger. Its funny to see the animals in the park while eating or sitting on the terrace.

The Marloth Park is generally highly recommended (attention: you have to register when you enter the park for the first time). Good starting point for safaris in the Kruger and to see animals in advance (there is a lot going on here :-). There are two small supermarkets. Restaurants too, but not recommended. So hope that you can cook in the accommodation or that you will be taken care of directly.HomeBase Kruger:+ We had the Hippo room which was really nice+ super comfortable bed+ very friendly employees+ Location-the terrace and the furniture on it already make a worn, shabby impression-the shower constantly alternated between hot and cold-The manager (?) unfortunately did not always have the perspective :)-The HomeBase is practically not signposted at all! The journey was very adventurous. An advance email to all travelers would help a lot here.-If you dont book through BazBus, you wont get dinner. This separation was really a bit strange ...-You can also book safaris through the Homebase, but they are a bit more expensive than booking them directly at the gate of the Kruger
