Bought a Safeway massager for 299,with 12 months guarantee but didnt last a month when I wanted to exchange for another model same price they told me I had to pay in 39 but it was also 299 dont see the logic...

Had a horrific service yesterday when a product I needed was incorrectly priced. Teller was rude and unprofessional and mistreated us. Management could not get her to sincerely apologise and then had to do it on her behalf. Today when I went back there was still some tension and rumblings about it from the same teller and her peers. Its really a shame to encounter that level of ridiculousness in a chain shop I love.

Its like any other clicks shop but bigger. I am a frequent costumer at clicks but this shop is really well organized and filled. Always has everything I need. Very friendly staff (if they werent friendly than surely you were disrespectful towards them). I even had the right to take stuff for free but didnt know and they gave it to me anyways. Was surprised and very pleased. 2 thumbs up

Store well merchandised so you know where everything is and the specials are great.

Tried to get prescription medicine. One pharmacist, a queue into the isles and about 15 minutes per customer

I had an awesome time shopping there.
