To put it lightly... I was Abused! People usually just keep quiet... But NO! I went in for a tooth extraction at 14:30, the Dr was violent, broke one of the roots off in my jaw, drilling with force to get the root out that she broke off. She scratched my gums several times. I had to ask for a second injection, and she shook the blood off her gloves on the floor twice, my wife said it did not sound OK, came around and saw what happened... Afterwards the Dr just grabbed her toolboxes and left in a rush, mumbling something at the receptionist. She overcharge too! R1200 for extraction! And it was the wrong tooth... After 2 weeks on pain meds, I visited my dentist who extracted the right tooth! If I could rate a ...0... I would! I will not go there again.
