I usually get excellent service here, and use this store a lot. It is brilliantly managed, with value for money products. However, I did have my first negative service experience when trying to do a SIM swop. More clarity was needed when calling to see what to bring along, and the service person that day needed better communication/customer service skill, and to put up her darn mask!

Took my TV there last week. And they told me they couldnt fix it, its beyond damage and I had to pay for labour. Its been there for over 2 weeks.Today I called a local person who fixes TVs for a living, and he did it under an hour. He said they needed to install LED light and that was it, anyone could have done it.I think they need to hire people who can actually do the job. VERY DISAPPOINTED with the service.I almost bought a new TV for nothing.DO BETTER VIDEOTRONIC STAFF AND MANAGEMENT.

Grahamstown client call in, she has a problem with on of the extra view connections, she has a isp Internet service provider install dstv, now video tronic says to client the Internet service provider must fix the duel view issue, now my question is how must a Internet company know how to fix a dstv companys issue.. Not the first horrible service story I have heard move your dstv to Garys at least you get service better than this company. Negative 2 for service in my eyes..
