Well, the layout is a bit confusing because the shop has been revamped to add clothing department. So, its a bit difficult to find the stuff that I was looking for, more especially because you can hardly find staff members on the floor. If you are lucky to find one, theyll tell you that it is not their department, the department belongs to so and so. So, I think that Game should improve their customer service, particularly on the floor and at the check out points. Some cashiers seems to think that they are doing customers a favour when serving them. They should learn to smile more. The service there is okay. It needs a lot of improvement particularly in customer service.

The new revamp makes the shop more accesible and open. Love the addition of clothes section. Only need more active staff members around the store to help find what we need!

I was robbed by two staff members who work on the cellphone section yesterday. I bought 2 cellphones only to realise when I arrive home that they took the battery charger and earphones of one cellphone. When I realised this, every strange thing they did came flashing back. Pathetic. They acted like professional criminals

Store often never has stock as advertised, very disappointing

Service was even worse than usual. Waited 25 minutes for the guy in the sports section to come and assist us, and when he finally showed up he was completely disinterested.

Game is always Game nje. Same as everywhere. Great for electronics and appliances. Always have only one or two tills working out of the 9 or more available.

Great service, and value for money

A week never goes by without me going to buy at the store. The store has many till points but you always find two if not three till points open and the queues are long and slow. You would stand and look around for help for a long time, i left things I wanted in the store because i couldnt get someone to help me before. Customer service must be improved.

I had to wait at customer service for a long time for an exchange of gas heater only to be asked why i didnt bring the gas cylinder with since Im saying the heater is not working. Then i had to ask for the store manager that didnt even bother to come. So they gave me my money back with a stinking bad attitude.

We queing for too long at the pay points because the tellers will only be two to three.

Poor service especially at the customer service point, i had to wait for about two hours to be assisted with cancelation of a laybuy

A little confusing why some products are kept in the stockroom. I suppose they are popular items for thieves. But then one first has to walk up and down the store looking for certain products. On enquring about the product you get directed to the store room. If you dont enquire thats a sale lost to the store.

It doesnt have stuff that other game has and grocery department is a mess you will find cremora packed not even next to coffee or tea so you struggle to get what you want.

Not one of the best Game stores. It seldom has what I am looking for. They also seem to have moved their focus to becoming another grocery store. They are stocking less and less of what they normally sold and are filling their shelves with grocery store items. The service at the cell phone counter was especially bad the last few times I wanted to look at items there. The staff at the checkout points are however very friendly.

Ive always trusted your store when coming to household kitchen appliances. I recently purchased a K.I.C 17OL fridge from your store, Mafikeng Mall,to be exact and just a month after it started producing a very bad smell at the back. If I can remember well, I personally went back to the store twice to report this matter, they promised to send a one of their employees but its been a month now and I am still stucked with a very strong bad smell in my room. Mind you i am a university student who is living in a very small room and you can imagine how bad the smell is. I am very much dissppointed.
