The place is Perfect for family and has a nice and secure play area for kids. The food is fresh and tasty but their drinks are overpriced. But overall its a cool place

This place is just horrible and was an all round let down. We visited on the second of Jan 2019 - It was not a busy day, yet we waited ages for the waitress to come around to take our orders. We waited a full hour for our food and even flagging someone down to talk to was a challenge. The waitress couldnt be bothered to even speak to us, so no luck in getting answers on anything we wanted to know. The food was such a let down!!! Hamburger arrived with wilted leaves and not a drop of sauce, even though the menu description states it should have had. The patties were both cooked to a crisp, burnt and awful. The chicken schnitzel was hard and tasteless and out of four dishes ordered for the table, not one was actually any good. The dessert was good - nothing amazing, but the portions are super small for the price! All in all, we will not be supporting this branch again and I would suggest that you give it a skip too.

No music in background. Flavourless atmosphere. Managers know what they do, but not staff. Not the type of Dros I am use to. Cant even give a star rating. Enough said

The place advertised as open does it still exist? People use Google to find places & if they listed as open and they are closed then it becomes a pain

We came to Dros in Brits on payday expecting a full house only to find it almost entirely empty. The reason? They had a NO steaks at all... A steak house without steaks.. Go figure.. Pathetic!

No Bitters!!! Sub standard airconditioning. Floors can do with a decent scrubbing.

The worst service I have ever experienced not coning here again, servers are slow and there is no attention from the manager or what so ever. Even a take-away franchise could do better than this, Im very disappointed

Food as usual but could not access wireless with mobile. Called manageress who only said someone else had the same problem before. Not much sympathy for someone who drove there especially to use wireless

Service was pathetic. To begin with, we ask for one botrel of water to share. Then 2 bottles and one glass arrived! When the second glass finally arrives, it is without lemonWe waited more than an hour and a quarter for our food! The tomato slice was bad and my sauce at the meat cold. To top it all off, the bill was wrong. The driver apologized a lot, but our evening was already spoiled. He tried to save what was to be saved by giving a few rand discount.
