I had a very bad experience with a gentleman fom Sun Security in Dullstroom.All I know is his name is Leon.My wife on her return home noticed 2 guys walking down the street. One wearing a springbok rugby jersey and jeans the other in shorts and shirt. When she opened our remote driveway gate, drove in and stopped she noticed that they had followed her and tried to stop the gate from closing.I walked up to the gate and asked what they wanted. The one said he is from Sun Security and I must open. I told him to contact the person who called him out. As we are 5 houses on the property. He then started with a foul mouth at me. Also said he would put me in Hospital for Christmas. Now this is not professional from someone who claims he is from a security company. He did not have ID or not even try to identify himself. Well Sun do not go around and threaten people. This will not promote your business. I will advise all home owners on our property and advise to find a company with respect. Sun does have a remote for our gate and usually arrive in a marked vehicle. So who is this character?????So folks You decide for yourself....what would you have done......... simply disgusting behaviour.A follow up:Since Raymond Cloete has replaced the guy in my comments above, great service.Thank you Sun Security. All good now.Feb.2020Today I am told the gentleman in my complaint above has been appointed again.This is unbelievable....lets see...
