This is an excellent place! Very nice and very comfortable and a lot of value for the money. No luxuries but all you need.I have stayed previously there, also with large student groups, but this time just with friends. We had 2 chalets that take 6 people each. Very pleasant, nice view and not so loud as the guesthouses down in Mashishing itself. Good braais or barbecues and a fishing possibility as well, petrol station, supermarkets and a good butchery and liquor store in walking distance. A perfect place for a long weekend.

Rooms are fully equipped and comfortable. A negative point however is that no guest ia allowed to come visit you. Also no pets allowed.

Love the place! Luxurious chalets and a beautiful scenery of a small dam. Theres a lot of green grass around the lodge. Lovely play area for the kids and also a small swimmingpool. Would recommend this lodge for anyone who goes thru Lydenburg and is looking for n nice place to sleep.
