Drove there at around 7:39 ok and i found the place open. Ordered my food, great menus to choose from. Sanitized before i went through. Used my credit card instead of cash. Waited only 3 minutes and my food was ready. i can say that this is a great food store indeed.

This is one of the oldest KFC branches I know. Grew up coming here and still has very good service. Location is also very convenient

Used the drive thru... we were 6 in the car and ordered 6 meals... after paying and getting to the pick-up window we realised the cashier only rang up 5 meals and they did nit have the cooldrinks in stock we asked for... poor service was disappointing but food was still goid!

Unfortunately there is always a problem at this KFC........it is an exception if everything goes well, if the card machine is not working, the staff forgets to tell the customer that some item is not available. Poor service.

It is not called a fast food outlet for nothing. Very effective. Everything was done within 3 minutes. I shall keep on going there. The chicken was really delicious. Worth visiting.

Bad customer service, I was told to wait for 20 minutes while they prepare zinger wings after 30 minutes one of the employees came and told me that the chef mixed the wrong spices for zinger wings and now he has to do other ones. Ok fine then I get my order, when I got home some items where not there i had to drive back.

Its not bad. the drive through isnt that good. it creates too much traffic because of the place its at. its next to spar and spar tops which is convenient when travelling or planning to go out and grab a few things.

Arrived at 11.30pm on Saturday 10th August after driving from Harare, to find only the drive through open, the main doors locked with only two staff on duty trying to serve customers as well as prepare orders. VERY disappointed. Not what we are used to from KFC!

Service too slow

I was at Makhado KFC on the 19/02/2019. I enjoyed the food, good price. Clean and friendly workers, speed receiving of my order. I recommend that the place can be good for family, Couples and the whole family and friends.

Very slow service. Took me 15mins to order via drive through and another 25mins to collect. No apology whatsoever offered.
