Ive handed in my computer on the Thursday, and only receive it back the next Wednesday, after I had to do all the follow ups! My old harddrive space 100GB, the new harddrive double the old ones size, now still only 100GB space. Still a lot of error messages when you work on the computer!! Very dissappointing!

Poor service. Bought 2 new Lenovo i7 7th generations there and on day 1 mine started chopping and freezing. Mine taken back 2 times under warranty and then the account is a large amount and then there was rubbish loaded on my computer from their side. They say there was nothing wrong but the computer is still hacking. The 2nd computer worked fine but recently started giving problems. Computer was out of warranty and was included and repaired for the price of almost a new ones amount. Still after that certain keys on the keyboard did not work but were repaired and the computer is very slow and takes a long time to open documents. The computers performance is not up to standard and not at all like an i7.

I have been waiting for 3 months to have a working phone after applying for fiber installation. Still no end in sight but every month the payment is deducted promptly from my bank account. Lots of promises but every time there is another excuse and another waiting period of a week. Very disappointed in your service.
