The doctor is very good, but the receptionist think she owns the place. I strongly suggest, if you looking for respect, dont go to this practice. The receptionist is very very rude

Very rude receptionist .... Feel very sorry for the owner !!!! A dog bit me and my husband went in to ask for assistance in there operating hours and they said sorry we are closed !!! So they are obviously more interested in cutting shifts than helping patients

Would never recommend this place to anyone. Firstly the receptionist thinks they doing us a favour by being there. They never helpful or assist with anything. Dr Naidoo could have assisted me better but felt he was more in it for the money. I mean after boold tests were done you still dont know whats wrong with me. I needed to check my pressure however he refused to check it for me after seeing 3 days earlier i had to go to dischem next to him to check my BP. These small things adds up and shows where your interests lay.

We had been visiting doc r.k naidu for almost 3 years and like always we called before coming and we reached 40.min before closing time however the receptionist thinks she does a favour just by talking to people.Nevertheless we were turned back and asked to visit again.If a doctor turns back a patient isnt...

Terrible Service. Dr Johnathan Klambe is the most unprofessional dr Ive ever come across. This place just wants to make money and doesnt care about your health at all. Go look at the other reviews, dont waste your time or money going here.

Dr Naidoo was so caring, my kid absolutely love him.

Thankfull to this dr Naidoo here I almost died because of him who didnt want to spend 5min with me to check me out properly. I was by him with a burst apendix and he treated me for a stomach bug!!! He was more concerned to get the next patient in!!! I was for one month in out the hospital, lost 25kg in 3weeksand took 9 months to recover.

Horrible. We came in for a simple question, waited a while, while the lady at the front desk chatted away on the phone. Then she literally spends another 10 minutes chatting to the doctor to ask our simple question, comes back, picks the phone up again, and disappears for another 10 minutes. We left. It was a joke.

Was helped fast and it was a pleasant experience.

Out of frustration I gave a bad review but today I must say Im so pleased with Dr Naidoo with helping my little girl he was so kind and did ask me what went wrong the last time.. i had not even remembered but for the fact that he actually did follow up on my last review and was still kind and patient with my crying little girl... extremely good Doctor had always been good to my family and I looked passed all that because of one little thing.. today Im extremely pleased ☺

Great doctor. Professional and friendly. The problem is his terrible with time keeping. Im a regular patient. His NEVER on time and is always at least 30min late, even though opening time is 8 30am. He always arrives after 9am.

Receptionist is rude and doesnt know how to deal with sick patients.

Dr Naidoo did not want to assist me with a written medical note of a medical opinion of a broken rib. I was unable to work for 6 weeks and he wasnt willing to write a medical note for being out of work. I would not recommend his medical services as a health professional. He was very unprofessional. He did not want to take my calls/call me back and I was told he does not speak to his patients over the phone. Very disappointed with his communication. I would not refer my own patients to him due to this poor service received.

The receptionist that works here is a rude and incompetent person. She never greets, she is never polite and she never looks as if she knows whats going on or even cares about whats going on. I always looked past this because dr Naidoo was good and I live across the road so this was very convenient for me however this is the second time she has not pulled my file out when I have gone to the doctor. This time was extremely frustrating because it was full to begin with and I waited patiently, then I started to notice people going in who had come in after me. When I checked what had happened i was not even given an apology for the inconvenience.The problem is when you go in and give her your details she doesnt even acknowledge you properly in her attempts to be as stuck up as possible. She needs to learn some manners.

Awesome place been there a number of times staff are extremley polite and friendly , loved the receptionists and the dr will continue to use them.

Honestly if I could 0 stars I would, I went there a week before with laryngitis, to which I was prescribed antibiotics and other meds, went back a week later with what I thought was gastro which I was mainly correct, as it was bacterial gastro and put on more strong antibiotics only 2 days after finishing the course for laryngitis so fast forward hours later and I was in hospital with severe clostridium difficle colitis caused by them prescribing antibiotics to close together. I mean they had my file, theyre professionals , they should know better. So in short thanks a mil for me ending up in hospital and costing me R28 000 and being one of the most painful experiences of my life, thanks a mil for your incompetence. So in short never ever go there, too quick to make a fast buck, screw the patient. Also if youre gonna have an opening time stated, maybe stick to it!!!
