I came to the complex to pick up a client who stays here and The security gave my number out to a tenant who resides in the complex. I understand that we need to provide basic information to gain access into the complex, however, no one asked for permission to give out any of my personal data.

It was breathing.. it is neat and the atmosphere is amazing. Social distancing in maintained and it is very secure.

Its a nice place to stay at, but too much rules as if its varsity accommodation.No freedom, visitors are allowed at certain time schedules an no visitors sleep ins unless you make an appointment.Its cool for renting not for owning.

Not sure how you review a residential complex. It was busy, had limited parking but the security seemed to be good.

Beautiful complex but very tedious process to get visitors entered, its long and theres only gate which causes traffic.

Very nice complex. Not much noise and has very nice finishes inside the apartments. Decently priced for renting and buying of apartments. Greenstone is also a perfect area to stay in depending on how far away you work but if that is not an issue then definitely worth a look.

Looking for an affordable penthouse around greenstone, you should check out this place. It has it all, gym, swimming pool and the best service. Youll build your relationship from the office before you even start with the resistances. Its even near two shopping centers Greenstone mall and Stoneridge, so you can enjoy a walk to the mall and save yourself patrol and the highway is only a kilometer away, so if you work in different regions of Johannesburg, you can reach the highway in 5min and be on your way.

Had a short stay here and it was really a good experience. Very safe place and near to Greenstone Hill mall.

Very lovely and comfortable staying experience in The Strelitzia so far. No complaints what-so-ever. Very quiet, calm and safe condominium in this area, with ample parking place for the house owners as well as visitors. Security is very tight with scanning of every person/vehicle entering the premises. House owners/Tenants can access the Gym for once-off fees of R300/- only. Gym is also very well equipped. Green Stone Mall, Green Valley Mall, Stoneridge Mall (with Checkers/Woolworths/Pick-n-Pay) all within the diameter of 3 Kilometers from the Apartment. All major banks branches are also located in these malls, and also the mobile phone service providers.

A modern upmarket apartment complex in Greenstone hill. Whilst it has less lifestyle items than some complexes in the area, generally the apartments are slightly bigger.The complex is secure and features a squash court, pool, recreational area and gym.

Worst experience ever, guards are so unhelpful and rude yet so unhelpful. Complex acts strict on rules that don’t even make sense and such an inconvenience to live in this complex
