Was there on Saturday 30/01/2021 @14:12 - 6 ladies on the floor -coffee was fast but i had to wait +-20 minutes for my order that was ready made (muffin an 2 Chicken rolls) and almost received the coffee for 3 clients behind me as well - NO SANITATION OF TABLES at all - NOT even the the counters!!!!! One lady was PLAYING WITH A FORK AND SERVIETTE THE WHOLE TIME AS IF SHE WAS BUSY WHISKING A CAKE ????? There was no interest at all in any of the clients - Really the worst service i had in a long time

Arrived at counter 15:50, waited 5 minutes to be served and was told they closed. Rude staff

If you really enjoy a fresh coffee dont go for the filtered. It comes out of a thermos then gets reheated with the milk frother. Rather go for the americano.

Since late last year when I found out I have to go onto a diet been buying at the leroy branch, not every day, but I dont have my own breakfast. At first service was 10/10. Now the ladies seem to be grumpy(even at 7h30 in the morning). Presentation going down. Those ladies are not happy. Management must do something quick. How miserable must a person be to be as that grumpy in the early morning. Pity I loved the small branch than going to a full restaurant. I am a regular there, so I would rather be anonymous please.

The tables were all dirty with nobody sitting at them. The ladies were very rude and unhelpful. Very disappointed.
