No one answers the phone Greenstone branch during business hours.I want to make an appt with my business banker, I dont know her name as we obviously dont have any communication. How can I find out who to speak with if no one answers the phone.

Really slow service when at this ABSA branch.On the 21st of August 2020 the ATM at the Glen ABSA instructed me to go into the branch when my deposit failed. Today the 1st of September i still have not received my funds, even though i received an sms saying they are investigating my case and the funds will reflect no later than the 31st August.ABSA PLEASE DO NOT TELL US TO MAKE USE OF THE ATMS TO DEPOSIT MONEY WHEN YOU CANNOT BACK UP YOUR SERVICE!!!CASE NUMBER 06682480

We can all read English....when you Google ABSA opening times its says 8 am... I have a screenshot! Now I have to waste 45mins of my time because of false information..... Because this excludes weekends. Why not add this fine print to google..... How do I read the times on your door all the way from my house?You should consider hiring some user experience analysts.

Worst bank worst service ever !!!!

The lady that I worked with was extremely unprofessional and rude. I called beforehand and two of their coworkers gave conflicting statements. She was unhelpful and a displeasure to work with. I even decided to move banks. You will not see me anytime soon. Please stay away from this branch at all costs!

Their service is very poor and they are slow, surely they are still on holiday mood.

Now we have to queue just for collecting a new bank card😩

Appalling service! With low regard for customers near closing time with staff being more egar to go home that to help clients and the one clerk would rather complain that she has to lock the bank than help us in the queue. This was my last straw with Absa, will be closing all 3 accounts!

I dealt with Judith Poo and she was the only helpful consultant at the branch. What a pleasure she was . She saved my day. Thank you Judith

Absolute pathetic. Standing 50min in a que to get a credit card. Only 3 of the 6 customer care desks is open.
