Good DayI do not write this review lightly. I have waited 24 hours in the hope that perhaps I was being irrational and still feel the need to tell you about my experience. I live 45 kms from Ladysmith and phoned in my order for call and collect yesterday. Apologies ordering I enjoy being spoken to by name due to your past history if orders placed by customers. However yesterday, that is where the good service ended. Apon arrival i stood at the counter behind 2 customer gentlemen ahead of me which were served their order by Noncululeke (this is the name she gave me when asked but refused to write it down for me). Noncululeka then proceeded to serve a lady in the order queue which was reasonable to me as she was there prior to me and the only customer in that queue. When she finished serving saud customer she then called me to where she was standing and proceeded to tell me that I will in future stand in the line. I explained that I was there to collect my order placed an hour previously. I also added that I would like a few drinks to go with said order. She told me that I will pay for said order and then she will ring drinks and I can pay yet again for that order. In other words swipe my card twice. Needless to say I bought drinks elsewhere. I think your lady at the front desk is costing you money and seems to know a great deal about what she likes and wants and little about customer service and products you sell. Disgusted

I love the pizza here. I only regret that I had to wait a while before it was ready.. normally they are very quick.. but they were very busy this Friday. I should have ordered ahead

The worst dry small pathetic pizzas you will ever have, supposedly large. Please spend your hard earned money somewhere else

I ordered my creamy decker today at Ladysmith branch. When I reached home found out my dough was raw couldnt finish it. What a bad service

I have edited my review, because after eating pizza from you guys on Saturday, the chicken crammed crust and the creamy chicken triple decker, my family and I suffered a runny tummy

Absolutely useless... phoned and ordered over 2hours ago... Waited outside once the One hour mark lapsed and attempted to phone from about 16h45 for an update. The delivery guy drove straight past my house and delivered pizzas a couple of houses down from me. STILL WAITING FOR MINE WHICH WONT BE DELIVERED AS PAST LOCKDOWN TIME of 17h00.

What a bad service! I ordered for collection and they told me Id have to wait for 40 minutes. I went there 10 minutes after the time had lapsed but I still waited for 40 minutes again like I had just came. Absolutely rubbish!

Love this place

The worst pizza and sides of my life tasted upon delivery..the ice cold pizza was a delivery that we wont forget. It was not even cooked. Never again! Poor service delivery and half cooked pizza is what you will receive upon delivery

Good eating place. No much parking available. As with all Debonairs, the wait is quite long. The area is quite safe and theres a police station across the road. The food is fresh and tasty. I havent had any problems here.

The meal was good, store is clean. The problem is , that its in the garage which makes parking bit difficult and people begging right outside the door, so once you get your pizza and out the door, someone is begging , is standing right there. Not a pleasant feeling.

Terrible service. Waited for hours for pizza to be delivered to me . Was cold and not fresh, also gave me the wrong pizza. When I asked the driver about the incident he rudely drove off . If you order from deboniars pizza dont expect anything but a waste of money .

They are giving a top class service and they also helped me about the directions i was looking for thanks to them.

The service was pretty slow but the pizza was to die for, I guess good things do come to those who wait.

This place have delicious pizza and chicken wings, you dont wait that long for your order

If the was a -1 star, I would have given it. The girls have horrible attitude!Two ladies were mopping the floor, they didnt look up when I approached; with the other passing snide comments about how Ill just have to wait uzolinda ke lo ngoba angeke ngidacaze lo mop ngyodayisa mina. Not a mlment passed when two gents approached the pizza place, walked over the wet floor to the counter. The same girl who said Id wait stopped mopping and went to serve her customers. She didnt acknowledge the fact that I was there first.Ended up buying a burger, not the pizza my son wanted.

On Friday we were attended my Daughters matric ball at ladysmith high school traveling from JHB we were hungry and after dropping her off going back to our accommodation and googling to find a place opened at 9pm for food found Debonairs just down the road from our accommodation decided to go there. Arriving there at 9:10pm the lady behind the counter tells us that they are closing yet on the net it said closing time was 10pm. Very confused asked her about operating times and we were told its wrong that they close at 9pm. I did not appreciate the tone and attitude she couldnt even advise us on any other place that was opened.

Near the police station. Safe and nice place to visit
