Need to know from management why do they search the bags of ladies when exiting the store, there is no signage to say it will be done if the store has a theft problem then install cameras and have them manned wat disturbs me though is that every item is tagged this does not happen at woolies, truworths and for that matter shoprite as well, which is in the same centre and has the same clientele visiting their stores, and more so a male looks into your handbag. Ppl want to shop in a friendly environment so step up your security and make it hassle free

What a shambles. The entire stores being renovated. They have moved the tills to he back of the shop, instead of at the exit. So inconvenient. Plus the underwear shelf was in an absolute mess. Packets were all repaired with cellotape. I couldnt get the size I needed. What a mess. I want be going back in the near future.

Zero rating from me for mr price Ladysmith. The staff are not friendly or helpful and they give you a very hard time if you want to return items bought. The store is very cramped and never neat.
