One star is far to good for them

One of the most pathetic Vodacom stores, 4 consultants on the floor, and all I wanted was a account transfer form, no body was very keen to help, it seemd like it was very hard work to tell the guy where the correct forms are. I will rather try PMB branch. I dont understand the bellow reviews.

Vodacom Store La Lucia Mall is a great place to be especially when you want to open, check your details and to update your information or if you just want to create a new account or contract. The space around is welcoming and the environment is very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful always seeking out the best for our shopping experience. Totally love it😊

Had to wait a bit for service but received great service once I was attended to.

This is the second time that Vodacom Oval has taken their time sending in a phone/tablet to repairs - no sense of urgency and understanding that some of us use our phones for business.

Shop is always busy but very small to cater for all the customers. Amazing service from Samsung rep at the store Shekaar. A true gem to the Samsung Brand.

Sales people are quite possibly biased towards a specific cellphone brand. Its always best do your own research

Staff mostly unqualified for jobs they are in!

No sense of urgency and staff worry more about closing time than to help the customer as well as ignoring incoming calls including mine and other clients when I was there.

Compare so low in rates to other networks I cannot wait for my contract period to be over.
