Terrible customer service.I am not a difficult person and I believe in giving chances, Ive given Toyota Ladysmith 16 chances to change my mind.Ive taken my car here 16 times now just to keep my warranty.There is still a mystery noise in my car after at least 3 services. Almost every time I get my car back there seems to be a new problem. I have had a few electrical problems in my car and their first step is to reset my cars ecu. If I remember correctly it has been reset 3 times, no attempt to find out what causes the electrical problems. If they give you a time to pick up your car, phone first because its likely that its not ready and they wont let you know. And as Ive experienced this week even if you phone you might still be misinformed.

I gave my Rav4 for 105000kms service to Ladysmith Mortimer Toyota on 24 May 2019. When I collected my Rav4, dashboard and boot had many scratches. When I asked so-called service manager Ashley he lied and told me its old scratches. But there were no scratches. I will never drive or buy a Toyota vehicle. Do not use Mortimer service any Toyota car due to their useless people especially useless service manager and branch manager, these people are unprofessional, liar, dishonest and useless.. They cant even service your car also damaging vehicles. Also, I was planning to buy a brand new Fortuner as I bought my Rav4, but never ever again.
