A wonderful place to celebrate a wedding anniversary. Great food and drink at the Rocky pub & grill. From self-selrvice family chalets to peaceful shaded grassy camping areas with clean ablutions, a must visit resort for any traveler, young or old.

We had a great walk up the hillside. Friendly ponies and friendly bar tender.

What a great place. Had the pleasure of spending the night. There is not one thing wrong with this Resort, they make you feel like one of the locals, and the food at the pub was fantastic. We will definitely be back.

Lovely and lively restaurant. We chose a very busy night to go and eat there, but still the service was surprisingly fast and efficient, our order was quick. Thumbs up to the kitchen staff, waiters and owners. Pizzas was the best we had every had at a very reasonable price. And to top it all off there was 2 beautiful dogs guarding our cars.

Classic pub experience set in between massive trees, creating a very peaceful atmosphere. Would recommend as it is one of the best places in town.

We really enjoyed our stay at Little Rock. Lots to do for the kids, huge play area, lots of space for kids to ride bicycle. A nice restaurant on the premises. Clean ablutions at camp site. Friendly, helpful staff.

No a place you can visit right now unless they have new management. No hospitality. We had to get water from the swimming pool ,to use in the bathroom. We used our ice cubes to make tea .

What a wonderful campsite. We really enjoyed staying here. There are a lot of animals like ponys and pigs walking around the campsite, very cozy.We enjoyed a lovely dinner in the restaurant on the resort. We got our own family bathroom. In my opinion this is a very good campsite for families. The pool is nice too.

Feels like you are in a game reserve.Very cool.

The tall trees and animal life roaming free is a breath of fresh air and a deserved brake for the soul along with a lot of activities for kids and adult entertainment.We always enjoy our stays here !

Nice surroundings, restful place.Do not stay in standard chalets! Mattress almost non existing, TV not working etc.Pool nice and big but very milky (can not see the bottom)Owners not the friendliest.More attention is given to the bar than the rest of the resort.With little money and little work they can turn the place into heaven on earth.Not giving it a star, maybe if we had a better sleeping experience.

Worst place ever, chalet we stayed in only had cold water and towels were dirty. The bed, OMW terrible, very dirty pool site. Stayed for 3 night 4 days never seen cleaning stuff bringing clean towels and cleaning the chalet. Wont recommend it for anyone. Little rock disappointed really

Well kept and managed business. Friendly owners and staff offer good service. We enjoyed our stay and recharged body, mind and soul within a day.

GREAT FOOD

We camped for one night only and was welcomed by Stefan the resort manager. We could pick a standsite. Rates are very reasonable. Ablution facilities were outdated but was very clean. Very nice place and can recommend for camping. Unfortunately some youngsters had too much to drink and one drowned.

After a slow drive on bad potholed roads in Eastern FS, we found Lady Brand a good stay-over. Although the towns roads are terrible, Little Rock was refreshing with a very neat ablution and stricking big trees with yellow winter leaves. It was a good kick-off point for our strainious trip to Katze Dam!

We booked a 3 bed chalet so were a bit disappointed to have a small rondawel (round hut) that was not really big enough for 5 adults. We originally planned staying for 6 nights but were able to change to 4 nights. The accommodation was basic but clean. The resort caters more for day visitors (especially over weekends) and people staying for one night on their travels elsewhere. The pool was nice but there is no other entertainment except a small childrens playground.

The pub on the premesis is cause for concern, after hours. Drunk drivers speed past camping grounds and playground. Gates are closed and controlled during the day but strangely are left open at nigh... Great for camping grounds and very beautiful.

Lovely people. Fun place to take the kids in the daytime. Entertainment for adults at night.

Surprisingly nice. Everything neat and tidy. Restaurant is amazing. Mattresses were rather worn out though.

Excellent camping facilities close to the town of Ladybrand. Restaurant, pub, swimming pool with diving board and baby pool, play area for kids and hiking trails in the woods/mountain. Day visitors allowed but limited to keep from overcrowding. Free States best kept secret!!!

Just had an awesome long weekend at the resort and this had nothing to do with the fact that the Bulls gave the Cheetahs a rugby lesson on Saturday.The chalet was clean and very comfortable for the price with dstv included in the chalet. The staff as well as the hosts, Gert and Elmarie were very friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed the bar and restaurant facilities with prices very good if compared to Pretorias restaurant and pub prices. Lots of hiking trails in the mountains above the resort. Will definitely return in the summer to catch the vibe around the pool. Over all a great experience and value for money. Go Bulls!!!

What a wonderful location! nice facilities but totally spoilt by the noise from the bar until 2am. We didnt sleep and it totally spoilt what should have been a quiet weekend away.

This was once a beautiful place, needs a huge upgrade would be awesome SO much potential!!!!

Unfortunately it seemed very run down, pools were dirty, thorns everywhere, potholes in roads, hardly anyone there visiting. Place has so much potential, but probably had it heyday already....

Have had many great experiences there. Awsome place for family and young people looking to have a good time. A definate place to vissit.

We made use of this resort for an overnight stay and will start off by saying that the staff where friendly and very helpfull. The camping terrein is very neglected little to no grass causing the ground to be very dusty and I suspect if it would rain it would be extremely muddy. The Ablutions were very clean and tidy, however very out dated and needs a bit of maintenance. The showers are small and the tiles are very slippery and do not have a chair or bench to keep your clothes dry with. The resort has a lovely resturant near the pool that features a diving board. Also near reception is a play area for children. Freely roaming you will find black pigs and beautiful horses aswell as wolves. Therfore please note if you take doga they need to be on a leach at all times.Overall not a horrible resort just a bit run down and neglectes also take note that the road leading up to thw resort is full of potholes.

If I had to put in one word it would be Disastrous. We were allocated chalet 5 and it is the most distasteful chalet Ive ever laid my eyes on. The beds are sinking, literally, the sheets are out of colour, you dont know whether they are white or trying to be white. Ive never seen a bed sheet in a resort that is sewn, its totally dilapidated. If you want to experience sleeping in a jail type of bed, then book yourself in chalet 5 at little rock with pots that are just, I dont know, cant even put it in words. Complete disaster.

Well service camp site , including restaurant and kinds play area , large pool. Very convenient for as stop over to Lesotho , 15km to Maseru.

Terrible, one of the worst places Ive been to, food no good , services dodgy, atmosphere ???? Kids running around with parents that doesnt care, this is late at night during the week. No go for me
