Try to pick up a package from them, I dare you. PEP stores Ladybrand has unfortunately been the default delivery location for my internationally ordered packages, and every single time I have picked one up I have had a problem. The package basically belongs to the store (as far as they are convinced), unless you can present them with a pin and your ID. That coupled with lazy delivery drivers that don’t send you a pin equals extremely rude PEP employees telling you that you may not collect your parcel. And goodness help you if you wait a while before collection, as you will find that your R200 parcel has “gone missing”, in which case you will watch one of the employees lazily dig through the pile pretending to look for it and then be told that they can’t find it.In conclusion, if you don’t appreciate rude, unhelpful and impolite employees, avoid PEP stores Ladybrand.

So for paxi services a customer must know the store number where parcels are to be collected?

The staff in Pep is very friendly but if there is a problem they dont know what to do. They just send you away. They did tell my sun where is hes mask which is right but the lady that was so rude with him her mask did not cover her mouth or nose.

The kids clothing are not displayed according to ages/sizes. You have to dig through all the rails to find the right stuff.
