The center manager gave too much attention to supermarket franchers.

Poor network connection especially with money market when paying for traffic fines,and it is the recommended retailer to go to pay for your fines

Congested, covid protocols not followed

Last time when I went there, it was the 6th of April 2021,in the afternoon. It was not fully crowded and did my 🛒 very fast. The shops there, they always have everything that I am looking for.

Its always full worried about covid protocol. Im not happy with it

Slow moving qeues and inadequate cashiers and till packers is an inconvenience that we have gotten used to and it needs to change,less time spent in a store lessens chances of Covid-19 spread.

Great store but they dont check their products for freshness. I had to return foodstuffs twice because they were spoiled.

Lackluster appearance now, the toilets are not maintained they look old, no sanitizing stations at the entrances, lighting is poor in some spaces. In less than 5 years since opening it looks like its been there for more than 20 years, someone is sleeping on the job🤦🏿‍♂️

The service is ok here, the customer service desk is even great (considering the location), but this shop is chaotic. Even the staff members who are supposed to be cleaning are always yapping but not tidying up the place.When you complain or even ask them to move the stock trolleys blocking the aisles, they just look at you as if youre crazy.The floors are usually dirty and its a hazard when youre with kids.Cleanliness and order are needed here.

A very clean and busy shop in Phola Mall well stocked in groceries and appliances good for both locals and visitors

Its clean with friendly uniformed staff but their apples are always a let down. Fresh crispy apples are something unknown to them.
