The Doctor is great and always helpThe Lady, not the Receptionist, the lady who gives is urine glasses before we see the Doctor, the one who is calling in people see the Doctor lacks empathy and fiddles with the patient files and erases the time of patient arrivalIt would be wonderful if we were given cards or some form of identification that would specify the time of arrivalCan we also be made aware that there is a critical attention of the Doctor, e. g, a gentleman was brought to a doctor was wheeled in the waiting area, prior to the consultation was eating sweets and Mageu...In cases like this one, please be vigilant for suchOtherwise we will all have to be loosing our breath if that the quickest was to see the doctorKindly
