Lady at front dest on the 28th of December 2020 11am has no rudimentary understanding of what customer service is. Just grumpy and pathetic.

The staff are very rude. When you get in and want to check your things they shout at you saying chairs are only for those using the computer , as if one would enter just to sit there. This other lady (customer) wanted to confirm a fax number and was told to go outside and make a call there. Mind you it was not even full. Im never going there again.
