A place in serious need of some tlc. The beer was flat, the steak was blue when wed asked for medium. The kids had one bite of their waffles and didnt want anymore. Only 1 meal out of the 4 was edible. Beautiful gardens and setting, its a real pity about its state of ruin..

I love going to Kenjara Lodge to eat, especially their buffet breakfast on a Sunday morning. The food is amazing and great value for money and the waiters are very friendly. Sometimes you get the idea that they dont have enough staff but they still manage to cope. Love the atmosphere, can definitely recommend it

Great little rustic place. Has good food with specials almost every day. Great place to go for family lunch and play area for kids. If its a hot day you can go sit down by the pool. Amazing atmosphere and love the food.

Really delicious food, and the prices are very reasonable. Staff are amazing. Place seems a little run down and outdated though. But was a nice stop for lunch, especially the Jack Black draft special ;)

We had our wedding there and what a pleasure it was to work with Sarah and Karen, they were so accommodating and we had nothing to worry about on our day. It ran so smoothly.. The food was awesome and the service was great.. To Sarah from the moment we came to see the venue, you were so warm and helpful. A bit pricey for the standard. There are a number of items in the room that could use more attention to detail. Could do with a bit of modernisation. It is great that the venue is open for quick bookings and very late check ins.

Liked it. Lovely service. Beautiful layout of nature and tables. Loved the vibe and roaring lions in the back ground at night. A must try!

This is a great restaurant/ bar to just go and sit down relax and enjoy a couple of drinks, the place has quite a nostalgic feel to it and the staff is very friendly. I stop here quite often after work.

I have had multiple different expieriences with Kenjara Lodge, As a place I have frequently visited i think that they have the most DIVINE pizzas, I fe years agao it wasnt so great but under new management recently and its looking lovely, Kenjara is A bit of a maybe baby, you might like it but you might not, I must say Kenjara is Definitely a must try if youre in the area

We really had a very poor experience at Kenjara Lodge. Although the people are friendly and nice we had some cleanliness issues with the first room that we were put in - I caught the cleaning crew putting clean linen over dirty fitted sheets. We were put in a second room where we found hair in the bed, obviously requesting the bed be remade with clean linen. This was done. My wife then asked whether the duvet was a fresh one, at first she got a positive reply, but the cleaner then admitted that it wasnt. To crown everything one of the other guests in our party found a female undergarment in their shower. The people are very nice, and the service is very good - but clean bedding and showers really are essential that business.

Comfortable and reasonably priced accomodation, good food and very friendly owners.

Had a great stay. Will stay there again. Sarah and team really went out of there way and were very accommodating with requests.The food is really good and has care put into it.

Christmas Lunch was good. Atmosphere was enjoyable with good music. Well done.

We have been going there for years. Unfortunately this will be the last time. The place has gone to wreck and ruin. No TV in rooms dirty and dilapidated so sad it was our home from home. The owner jack learn to deal with people. You are in the wrong business .

Quaint place with lovely food and a nice garden for the kids to play in.

Great hosts and nice bar, went for lunch with Michael and Bianca, the food was very good and very well priced, we had prawns, venison and the seafood platter for 2 .Will definitely be going back for lunch again, but also a great bar to have drinks with an outside patio area to make you feel at home in the country.

Jack get out of the Hospitality game, You horrible despicable man, who came to push around 3 woman who were paying customers, you coward, and it all started because we wanted to buy a hotdog....your facilities are dirty, your grounds are unkept and mediocre, you are nowhere near to being a lodge, let alone a decent human being....1 star is too good for you

This dive bar in the cradle serves okay food and is kid friendly but its dated decor and rough edges need some smoothing over.
