The rooms are great, there is lots to see if you like to venture around the farm there some beautiful buildings and gardens the house we stayed in was wonderfull and breakfast was great, the staff were great and at night you can see Gods creation

I love the sushi evenings on Fridays.This is our local spot on Fridays. Have some live music some times which is awesome.Good food and staff that dont bother u too much. Only let down is that one sometimes wait too long for your order when the place gets crowded but a lekker place to have a bite to eat ,a drink and just relax after a long week.

The place is nice, they offer catering services.It has nice greenery if you want to take pictures, it also has a pond,It just needs to be groomed outside. The venue is big and accommodates a lot of people. They have a lot of parking spaces as well.

A Very good hotel, with a friendly staff. I was that a few year ego. Maybe I will be back in 2021

The views from the room were very beautiful. I was lucky enough to get the honeymoon suite which is an entirely gorgeous room on its own. However, the lodge seems to be undergoing massive construction which can be a bit noisy. The minor details in the room need fixing, for example the shower head seemed to be missing and most of the taps seemed to have no top bits. Furthermore, no one came to clean up the room over the 2 days I was staying there which was a bit of a bummer. I will give this place a second chance for the view, but only once the construction is complete.

Service is great especially the waiter Noah. I would say he is the best. Makes this place feel like home and everyone like family. Great place for families and friends for a calm sushi night out. I would definitely recommend their California rolls

Amazing service and the honeymoon suite is to an experience on its own. We just loved the jets in the sunken bath. Cant wait to revisit. We recommend cedar country lodge to all their scenery is a bonus. Thank you for your warm felt hospitality. Regards Jansen.

Nice venue, however service very slow. Allocated one waiter for over 20 people. If this establishment can sort out their service I will happily re-rate.

Not very enjoyable. The receptionist put a key in our hands and ran off. She never checked the room, as she was in to much of a hurry to go home. Our door couldnt lock at all. We had to move to another room, where the glass door was also not working, but at least the trellidoor could lock. It was not what we expected, excessive noise from the workers coming to work early in the morning, The breakfast wasnt worth mentioning at all.

Under new ownership. No lights on path to the rooms. Dustbin was still full from previous people. Only one towel for 2 people in room. The waiters very loud. Food was not up to standard. Coffee machine not working!Will never go back.

Staff at your restaurant very friendly but music is played for the staff and not your clients. Not a huge issue but not good for first time visitors. suggest you talk to your staff about this but service excellent. t you

They did not have most of the meals on their menu & they served us with dirty glasses & the food was the worst ever. The service was very poor. I will not go there ever.

We went for the all you can eat sushi, my assumption is that due to the vast amount of sushi being made and consumed, not enough effort is put into each plate. The sauces on the sushi were flavorless, one of the items was a drop of mayonnaise with sweet chili sauce poured over it. The food is not well presented. When going for this option, bear in mind that there is a penalty of R5 per piece of sushi that you order but do not eat.

Food were very average almost like that of a school hostel. Nothing special. The upkeep of the restaurant is also not up to standard. We visited early 2018 and the food was delicious and the place looked good, but now a year later the service is poor food were not good and the place looked as if no upkeep has been done. Wont see us again!

Cedar has eat as much as you like sushi Fridays for only R 120 per person. Great value for money. Live music. All this makes for a very entertaining Friday evening.

Food was excellent, the BEST VALUE for money ever ... Less than R100 for a huge half a Portuguese chicken, large yummiest cooked chips with a salad and a salad dressing that was sooooo yum. DEFINITELY returning ❤️

Situated on N14 just after silverstars casino when going to Krugersdorp. The place caters for young, adults, family and just has a good vibe. Service is great, home cooked pizza infront of your eyes and you get to choose your toppings while enjoying the atmosphere around the mountains. The place is great and also sometimes live music... Wow...

Loud and not maintained.Had a very unpleasant experience. The rooms is not maintained. There is no wifi as advertised. Got electrocuted in the shower. They played loud music till late at the bar. No room service.

0.0 Star rating from me I will never stay there again, very unprofessional and the room was disgusting, lignin was broken, air-con broken very old fashion and not very clean, breakfast also not that good and was very unpleasant with the garden people working around me while trying to eat..... Would not recommend anyone to stay over.

Busy upgrading but existing rooms are in need of attention, you cant fix a leeking roof with ductape on the ceiling, bacon is the basic ingrediant of breakfast when we ask for bacon they said they ditt have bacon.

What a big disappointment it was for us.First time we visited this place, made a booking for fathers day for 4 people, got confirmation bookings was made.Got there on Sunday and our booking was cancelled without even having the decency to contact us to say it was cancelled.What a humiliation and embarrassment for us.The waiters thought this was a big joke, they made fun of us coming all the way and that for nothing, they just laugh and laugh and said we must just sit and wait and if a table is available they will let us know.We left I will never visit this unprofessional place again.

Service was terrible waited two hours for our shusi on Friday night on there shusi special.Very disappointed with there service and the manner we where treated after being billed over a R1000.00 for four people.Unless management makes an effort to rectify this poor service I will not recommend them
