I handed a media box in for testing and repair. Seeing that I bought this from them 2 years ago. One would believe they can send this to agent for a repair.I had to wait more than two months after calling them I was told they need the purchase slip. Could have toldMe from the start. Pathetic service

Bought my laptop there and when it wouldnt switch on again after I had put it to sleep I took it back and one of the employees opened it up and physically reset it and disabled a lot of things by which I could be traced on internet. I am very grateful to him for doing this as I dont know very much about internet security. The level of service I got was excellent.
