Thank you so much for friendly staff, quick service and tasteful food.
They have a sign up that says free wifi and when you ask for the code the manager firstly fights with the staff for not telling me the story with the wifi then rudely tells me that I have to ask the hospital reception for a code because they dont have wifi. The receptionist obviously knows nothing about this. If i could give a half star i definitely would. Famous Foods please send this manager on any training. I mean any. She really needs it!

Poor service. I ordered coffee and the cup was hot so I asked for a sleeve over the cup so as not to burn my hand. They didnt have so I asked for an empty cup to put my cup in and was asked to pay an extra R5. Really.. Un professional
