When it comes to a wedding, the planning and a go to person, I will only have 1 name. Wilma Moorcraft. My husband and I cant thank her and enough for helping to make our wedding day perfect! We had a pretty long engagement and we made contact with Wilma 6 months before the wedding. She helped to keep us organized with every detail. We thoroughly enjoyed the planning process because of her.When our wedding day finally came, everyone around me kept commenting on how calm I was. Thats because I had full trust in Wilma to execute all of the details. Not only did she execute......she went above and beyond our expectations! She even went out of her way to get me items that I would not compromise on, like my cake topper all the way from Cape Town.. she had to make everything stick to our budget and she did!!WILAM WAS THE BEST WEDDING DECISION WE MADE!!

I got married on 9 November 2019 at Buffalo bay Beach and Butterfly blu restaurant in Brenton. I live in Pretoria an did not know how I would handle all the arrangements, luckily I met Wilma. She helped me from beginning to end. Arranged a permit to get married on the beach and made my wedding day soooooo much easier.I had no stress at all and everything looked exactly how I wanted it, if not better!!! Thanks to Wilma I could focus what was truly important on my wedding day. She handled everything from beginning to end with the utmost professionalism, even when we had to change things last minute I could just phone her and it would be done, no problem!Thank you so much Wilma for making my biggest dreams come true! You are amazing and I could not have done it without you!!!

Very friendly service and excellent food!

DO NOT USE!!!The owner Wilma is no help. She takes your money just to provide you a list of suppliers. You are the one that ends up contacting them, dealing with all the fine details and setting up the timeline. If there is any issue with Wilma’s suppliers not completing the task they were hired to do, Wilma does nothing to help the situation except offers a more expensive solution. The reason behind that is she is adding to the new price the cancelation fee she had to pay to the supplier that actually canceled the work and add that cost on top of the new supplier’s cost. If you decided not to use the alternative supplier she suggested then you still have to pay the suppliers cancelation fee on top of a cancelation she charging you. So you pay at the beginning, then when her supplier cancels and you have to pay more or if you don’t use her new supplier you still have to pay. This is not good business for happy and repeat customers. It’s also very important that you have your invoice in hand the day of your event; to ensure you get everything you paid for. We paid in advance for a boutonnière and the day of the event she didn’t bring it. She told us it’s not on the invoice, which in fact it was. Her solution was to take a flower from the cake and pin it on the tux. She didn’t offer to run back to the florist and have one created or even refund our money. This is a complete lack of professionalism. As for the day of the event, she literally dropped off the cake and left. When we had first ordered the cake, we aligned with her that it would be decorated with a large quantity of flowers, using a picture off of the Internet to agree on a concept. When we got the cake, she decorated it sparsely, only using 6 flowers and didn’t match at all the picture we used to align what was to be done. We ended up going into town and buying our own flowers and decorating the cake ourselves with those. Wilma didn’t ensure the other suppliers showed up or even asked if there was anything she could do to help. I am an event coordinator in my home country and was completely appalled at her lack of professionalism, how she dealt with issues that occurred and how she just didn’t seem to care about her customers or their events. If I ran my business this way, I would have been ran out of town and my doors shut years ago. She is not worth the headache or the money when you can find everything you need for an event in the local towns via the Internet. WHAT A WASTE!

Wilma arranged the table decor, dance floor, lighting and bouquets for my daughters wedding. It was such a pleasure working with her. She was professional and so helpful and friendly. I left the arrangements in her capable hands with a reassuring heart. Everything was so beautiful and tasteful, there is nothing we would have wanted otherwise. Thank you very, very much for outstanding service and the passion with which you arranged everything. I would recommend SRT Functions to anyone.
