My iMac, which is fairly new has, for some time been extremely slow to open and to access apps. I spoke to Charles from Mac Everything and he explained what he intended to do to improve it. He arranged to have the computer couriered to his premises in Knysna and a week later it was returned to me. It was a different machine: lightning fast and with an attractive appearance on screen.Charles was thoroughly professional throughout the process and kept me informed at all times. A very good experience with Mac Everything. A technician visited me at my house within a few hours of making contact with them. Everything was repaired including retrieving my data which I thought was lost. They also fixed my printer and improved my internet speed. All this was done efficiently and with great ease!

I emailed Mac Everything, and within an hour I received a call to discuss my query and set up an appointment. The technician arrived at the agreed upon time and efficiently fixed my MacBook Pro. Jonathan also assisted me in changing my internet provider from Telkom to Cell C. My internet speed has increased massively as well as I am saving money on the monthly bill.
