Initially I wrote a very negative google review about a problem I was having with their speeds which I thought was beyond their ability to fix easily.However, after chatting to them and narrowing down the problem they managed to solve the issues I was having. They went beyond my expectations in solving this unsolvable (to my non-IT mind) problem.I only wish I approached them sooner in a nicer way.Thank you Eden Telecom.

We decided to try Eden Telecom because someone recommended them to us. We have been dealing with their administrator. We paid what was needed to start the installation and then we were told that they have no stock and cannot do the installation now. Then we finally got an installation date after waiting over a month, which was cancelled 24 hours before they were meant to show up. Then they rescheduled a new installation date for the following day and they didn’t bother to show up that day nor did they have the decency to let us know that they weren’t coming. Then they told us that we’ve got the date wrong and the installation was actually the following week which is total nonsense because I have proof on email that I had the date right. We are STILL waiting for an installation. It is my opinion that Eden Telecoms employees do not care about whether we are happy or not because they have no interest in finding a solution to the issue raised. We are extremely unhappy customers at the moment and we regret cancelling with Telkom. They need to learn to own up to their mistakes and take some responsibility!**UPDATE 17 February 2021We had our third installation date scheduled for today and yet again it was a no show with no communication to me in person or over email. This is concerning to us because we are starting to wonder if they have any intention of installing at all. Still waiting for a response from them.**UPDATE 18 February 2021Not going forward with Eden Telecom and getting our money back.At the moment I am having to deal with lawsuit threats from them for simply writing an honest review on my experience with them. In my opinion, they are trying to intimidate / bully me until I remove my review. This just doesn’t sit well with me and I will not let them silence me. I believe that they should gracefully accept honest reviews and try to satisfy the customer rather than intimidate them as this will ultimately help them improve and grow as a company.

Waited for 5 days for Richard to arrive. 3 phone calls from me and spoke with Richard. Requested owners tell number to discuss level of service Richard refused to provide tell number and put the phone down. Will trace owner and discuss without his help.
