Dont judge a book by its cover. This is a nutshell description of White Wash or WW as I refer to it when inviting someone for a cuppacinos to this unexpected gem. It is located in the most unusual spot - Knysna Industrial Area. Furthermore it does not boast a glamorous exterior. The interior is also not what u might expect, but u are going there to eat and have a please time with friends or family. It is extremely relaxed, the food (breakfast, light lunches and sweets) are superb and freshly made and the portions generous. It is also well priced. There are enough parking in and around WW and, with help, you will manage with a wheelchair. There is a pleasant outside area. It unfortunately does not boast a view, but when you have visited once I can guarantee that you will return. (🚻 are available)

A gem in the middle of the industrial area but once inside you would never guess you were there. Great wholesome and home made food with a little brewery next door. One of my regular lunch stops but only open during the day on weekdays

A little coffee shop in the Knysna industrial area. Its something you whished you discovered a lot sooner. The atmosphere is intimate and if you visit twice, they will great you by the name the third time. They cater to spesific taste with their build-your-own-breakfast menu. Salads, soups and freshly made spanakopita. Its a difficult choice between an open sarmie or a burger with a homemade patty. Sweet tooth? My personal favourite is their carrot cake, my dad likes the apple o-so-crumbly crumble, my mom the cheesecake and my sister adores the lemon meringue. This is also freshly made on site.Overall it is a delicious, healthy meal (dont expect fries). If youre feeling calorific, their ice coffee is irresistible.Visit if youre in the area. Grab rusks, preserves and olive oil as the perfect gift.And if you havent had enough, they cater and bake to order. Youll thank me later.They also partner with a craft beer brewery to bring amazing live entertainment on the first Friday of the month.
