The attendant was inattentive to my needs. I had to tell him twice what fuel I required (diesel). Additionally he did not pump air into the correct tyre. Did not seem to know right from left. I eventually gave up on having my tyre inflated. He appeared to be inebriated. Disappointed, not what I expected from a Shell service station.

Friendly service at this centrally situated service station. Remember to take your Clicks card with you when filling your car. You can earn 3rd party points here. They have a small convenience store on site with a very nice coffee bar.

Thank you for the help tonight inside the Shell store. They have a vending machine pharmacy that was giving me a hard time. The helpful staff got me the paracetamol and drugs I needed for a sick baby. Thanks again for all the help. I highly recommend!

Lost my diesel cap. How? Its the only garage I use in Knysna.

No credit card machines working at the pumps so you have to park and go into the shop where you cannot pay with a garage card (transaction declined).

I love this garage! The staff are friendly and their pies are really tasty.

Nothing special or bad about the filling station. Average experience but got to fill fuel with no fuss so cant complain.

This morning I could not complain about the service because there were no service at all.

Seems understaffed at most times.. Else staff is slow t to respond. Only thing is they accept clicks cards for points. That is a thumbs up.

Easy access and exit. To many arbatory vehicles parked around the forecourt. No management controlling people who smoke on the forecourt. Its a F&#king PETROL STATION. Attendants very helpful. Small issues like the airline nozzle that was stolen took months to get fixed.. Ive been going there for years and it is sliding down. Shell needs to be more proactive with their stations. Lastly. Diesel 50ppm is to exspensive.. But hey. Its captive custom isnt it.. J.D.WOOD. Knysna..

Normal good forcourt service.

Disgusting state of toilets. Complained to staff member that someone was smoking in one of the cubicles only to find out that it was the manageress. No toilet paper and excrement on seats. Disgrace

Staying at the beautiful Knysna Manor House but unfortunately the staff and staff and clients at the garage have no respect at all and insist on shouting, screaming, blasting loud music and reving their engines all hours day and especially night. Where is the word respect at this garage. Disgusting that this continues.
