Paid installation fee upfront in full.They never turned up for installation at agreed time.Still awaiting my promised refund after multiple promises from the Owner Allan van Rooyen.

The initial contract phase should have been my warning sign, when the Sales woman sent me a contract for another house, along with their personal details on the contract.Their administration is abysmal at best. Im waiting for a refund, which I fear will never happen.When my control panel blew, I got one of their technicians to come out, however, a month later I still hadnt received a quote to replace it. Theyre a small company who are badly run. Ive since cancelled, and am now waiting for my refund.[EDIT] - Unfortunately I cant seem to add a response to the Response from the owner below my review, so Im going to add it here.Its been a month since that comment was left there. As yet Ive had zero contact from the owner and am still waiting for my refund.

Judging by their poor level of service, it feels like theyre a very small company that is very new to the service industry.From a technical service perspective: their monitoring system did not detect I had a dead battery on my alarm system, only when they failed to respond to a test was this picked up.From an operational service perspective: I was then billed for a call-out without being told about it or agreeing to the fee. Emails went unanswered and eventually I cancelled. It didnt end there, they went on to bill me even after my cancellation. It took 6 months with threats from a lawyer to eventually get the refund. Even escalating to their Operations Manager did nothing to resolve the issues.
