James Cox was always on time for appoinments, and the quote was sent timeoisly. The team who did our work were extremely efficient and polite, and delivered a top class service. Called the company for a quote and a meeting was scheduled 2 hours before the meeting I get a message that the guy wants to reschedule the meeting and in the meantime I took of from work and on my way home. I think this is very unprofessional.
