Had a great massage, I could not get in as they were fully booked,but during to a sudden cancellation they accommodated me. I was blessed and hope to return again soon.

It saddens me to say that this was the Worst Pedicure I’ve ever had.I felt it was only fair to contact the manager directly before any kind of review to give them the opportunity to rectify the situation - but have had not even had the courtesy of a reply.I can not fault the therapist for effort. I liked that she didn’t feel the need for unnecessary small talk and until the end I was happy with her service. She did ask at the end if I was happy with my colour (as I was shocked at the start to only be offered a choice of 11 colours in a salon) I was happy with the colour in the end but noticed the polish was all over the skin on the sides leaving me completely embarrassed having to ask her to remove it. This - I’m sure you would agree - should go without saying. She tried her best, having to remove it and then repaint the bits on the nails that had now been spoiled with cotton wipes etc. She asked again and I could only say ‘that’s better’. I am fully aware that a ‘pedicure’ isn’t only about the polish, but at the end of the day, when I walk away, that’s the only bit that stays on show for weeks and is, after all the reason people have a pedicure in the first place. I begrudge paying for something I could have done better myself and was not comfortable making a formal complaint when leaning.I did find the environment relaxing and comfortable as usual (for the first hour at least). My appointment was at 9am. I left at 11:25. Over 2 hours for an ‘express pedicure’ is ridiculous. More training is definitely required. Im personally happy with the hospitality I got, however Im not entirely happy with my nails. I went for a biosculpture gel and my nails are starting to chip and it hasnt even been 2hour yet. My cuticles were not even pushed or cleaned properly I personally had to tell the lady to clean my nails properly please note that this was after she thought she had finished. Im so frustrated I wanna cry. I could post pictures if I could. The most frustrating part about this whole ordeal is that Ive been trying to call the lodge and they arent picking up.

Made an appointment for deep tissue, foot reflexology and the Indian head massage for my mom and I for her birthday. Had the best day. We were so relaxed and pampered and well taken care of by Kylie and Charne. These ladies were real darling! I even fell asleep during the deep tissue. This place is awesome! My only criticism would be the robes and the slippers, they were clean but were not as plush as was expected and I could only find two right feet slippers which was not very comfy. But I will definitely be back when Im back home. Thanks Kylie and Charne.
