No longer what it was. Many independent shops have closed, along with well known chain names. The grocery shop Cambridge has good specials, that are genuine savings.

Place is very crowded.

City Mall has definitely downgraded over the years and theres absolutely nothing to do there besides getting the basics. It now feels more like a complex rather than a mall.

I dislike this mall because of taxis are very far from the mall.

Still a nice place. All stores within reach and its a calm and safe environment. Top class parking and its safe. Very convenient and has a new retail store for all those household goods that one may require too. Enjoyed my window shopping and will be calling again soon ;-)

The mall has a very safe underground parking area. The shops are easy to access from the parking are. It is difficult to get parking outside the mall but there are more than adequate parking underground. It has a GOOD variety of shops to choose from.Overall it is a nice place to visit.

City mall is always amazing, though its month end and during these pandemic lines are too long and shopping takes longer than usual.

Free and safe parking is suffiently available on first and second floor. Mall is user friendly

The centre in general is not doing well. Many shops have closed doors. No restaurants. Only good stores left in the centre are Contempo, Truworths, Foschini and Markham.
